- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After my first years home owners insurance ended, they didn't auto renew my insurance policy. I wasn't aware that I had to manually renew every year, it should have been automatic. They didn't call me and claim to have sent me a letter or two. I would have immediately opened a cancellation notice. They also have a policy that they will not call you.
